Founded by Lily Singer and Monisha Gandhi in 2019, That B is a collaboration between two friends and colleagues who love to bring people together.

What We Do

We make things better. From festivals to awards shows, fundraisers, film premiers, and everything in between. That B develops creative solutions to events of all shape and size, providing holistic event production services across New York City and beyond. We specialize in content creation, film exhibition, media asset management, script supervision and writing, stage management, talent relations and booking, and audience services.

Lily Singer

Producer

Lily Singer is a Producer with over 15 years of event experience. She has contributed to the success of 40+ festivals, featuring an array of programming from Film to Music, Dance, Art, Science, and Comedy. Her work has spanned organizations such as Tribeca Festival, the World Science Festival, Hamptons Film, and Nantucket Film Festival, overseeing operations ranging from talent relations to film exhibition and community outreach.

In addition to festival production Lily is an accomplished Program Producer at Empire Entertainment, developing content for both stage and screen for clients such as Fox, Tubi, Earth Day, United Nations Foundation, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, YouTube, Tribeca Enterprises, Carnegie Corporation, Museum of the Moving Image, National Geographic, and Netflix, among others.

Lily has an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts with a minor in Art History and credits her education in the Artistic Method with her talent for facilitating important conversations through shared experiences.

Monisha Gandhi

Producer

Monisha Gandhi is a Producer with over 15 years of experience supporting programming initiatives within the film, media, arts, and entertainment industry.

With a background in event production, film distribution, and public programming, Monisha has contributed to the success of 30+ festivals including her most recent roles as Festival Producer to NewFest, Line Producer to the World Science Festival, and Media and Panels Producer to the Tribeca Festival (formerly Tribeca Film Festival).

She has also worked on the delivery and exhibition of 300+ films including Oscar nominated theatrical releases Cartel Land, Life Animated, and The Music of Strangers.

In addition, she has worked in central roles curating and producing a wide variety of programmatic events serving NYC's media arts community including IFP Week, The Mile Long Opera, AMP NYC, LIFT Labs: Lift Your Story, and The Moving Image Awards.
